Terms and Conditions of the Ticket Reservation System rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl
§1
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of tickets and products through the rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl system. The regulations of individual attraction organizers or direct sellers may impose additional obligations on purchasers that are not specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Each Customer, no later than at the moment of expressing their intention to enter into a distance contract with rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl, shall have the opportunity to read and accept these Terms and Conditions and shall be informed about their rights and obligations.
§2
By making a transaction through the rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl service, the Customer may enter into a ticket purchase agreement.
Ticket sales through the rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl system are conducted by:

§3
Procedure for Concluding Agreements and Making Purchases
Tickets are sold through the PayU transaction service via websites within the rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl domain, as well as at partner stationary sales points. Tickets purchased at a sales point are considered sold at the moment of payment.
When ordering Tickets and making payments, the Customer is obliged to exercise due diligence. Providing incorrect data that prevents the identification of the Customer may result in refusal to record the payment and cancellation of the transaction.
Online payments are processed by PayU S.A., headquartered in Poznań, Poland (60-166 Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 186), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 0000274399, with a share capital of PLN 4,944,000, fully paid, tax identification number NIP 779-23-08-495, REGON 300523444.
§4
Reservation System
The online sales system is a free automated service that enables reservations and purchases of individual and group tickets.
- In order to use the online reservation system, the following conditions must be met:
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which constitutes a declaration of intent and creates legal obligations between the Buyer and TO-TUR Toruńska Turystyka Elżbieta Olszewska, ul. Rabiańska 9, 87-100 Toruń;
completion of the required purchase procedures on the website www.rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl;
entering the Buyer’s data, selecting the date and time of the show, and specifying the number and type of tickets;
verifying the correctness of the entered data;
accepting these Terms and Conditions;
making the payment and printing the ticket or presenting it on a mobile device.
- The ticket sales agreement is concluded by selecting the date and time of the show, the number and type of tickets, and making payment by the Buyer:
the full ticket amount in the case of an individual tourist;
a deposit or the full ticket amount in the case of an organized group.
- In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 26 July 2010, ticket sales conducted via online ordering and payment are not subject to fiscal registration; therefore the Buyer does not receive a fiscal receipt.
- The Operator reserves the right to terminate online sales at any time for important reasons.
- The Operator also reserves the right to cancel reservations containing incomplete or false information.
- The Operator shall not be responsible for consequences resulting from incorrect or false data provided in the order form or for disruptions in data transmission during the purchase process.
§5
Account
In order to purchase tickets or make a reservation, the Buyer is required to create an account in the rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl system and accept these Terms and Conditions.
After purchasing tickets or making a reservation, the Buyer receives confirmation both in the “My Account” section and by email.
From the account panel, before making payment for tickets, the Buyer may change the reservation date, time and the number of participants.
§6
Invoices
The online reservation system allows the Buyer, after selecting the appropriate option, to receive an invoice for ticket sales.
The invoice is available in the Buyer’s account created in the rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl reservation system.
If a deposit is paid for a reservation for an organized group, the Buyer will receive information in their account about the advance invoice. The final invoice will be issued after the remaining reservation amount has been paid.
§7
Personal Data Protection
The data controller is Elżbieta Olszewska, conducting business under the name TO-TUR Toruńska Turystyka Elżbieta Olszewska, ul. Rabiańska 9, 87-100 Toruń, Poland, NIP 9561008009, REGON 870613588.
Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of ticket reservations and will not be transferred to other recipients unless necessary for the execution of the selected service, purchase, or handling refunds and complaints.
The legal basis for processing the data is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
Providing personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary in order to conclude and perform the contract.
The Customer has the right to:
request access to their data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
object to the processing of personal data;
data portability;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

- Personal data will be deleted within 7 days of receiving a request sent to the above email address.
- Personal data are not processed for automated decision-making purposes. Profiling carried out by the Operator does not result in decisions producing legal effects concerning the Customer.
- Personal data are stored by TO-TUR Toruńska Turystyka, ul. Rabiańska 9, 87-100 Toruń, Poland.
- Processing documents containing personal data on encrypted and password-protected portable devices with encrypted storage outside the designated data processing area is possible only with the consent of the data controller.
§8
Complaints Procedure
- The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint at any time:

by post
in person at the Museum.
Complaints are processed within 30 days. The response will be sent by email or by post.
The Museum expresses its willingness to resolve disputes amicably.
§9
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link available on the homepage of rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl.
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing reasons. Changes will be published as a consolidated text on the homepage of rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl, together with information about the amendment.
After publication of the information about amendments, the User should immediately review the changes. Making a reservation after such publication constitutes unconditional acceptance of the new version of the Terms and Conditions.
Regardless of the above provisions, when the Terms and Conditions are amended, the Museum will present the new version to the User for acceptance during login.
If the User does not accept the amendments, they should refrain from logging into the system and notify the Operator.
Failure to accept the amendments results in the inability to make reservations and continue using the system.
§10
Final Provisions
Contracts concluded under these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
Information about amendments and the current version of the Terms and Conditions will be sent to registered Buyers to the email address provided by them.
Orders placed under a previous version of the Terms and Conditions will be processed according to the provisions in force at the time of the order.
Any disputes between the Seller and a Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code shall be resolved by a competent common court in accordance with the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
Any disputes between the Seller and a Customer who is not a consumer shall be resolved by a court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s registered office.
Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time via the link on the homepage of rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl.
These Terms and Conditions may be recorded, obtained and reproduced by printing or saving them on an appropriate data carrier.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by generally applicable provisions of law.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of a Customer who is a consumer under mandatory provisions of law.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and mandatory provisions of law granting rights to consumers, such legal provisions shall prevail.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 1 March 2021.
Purchasing tickets through the System constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
For travel agencies that have concluded agreements with the Operator, these Terms and Conditions constitute an annex to such agreements, and purchasing tickets through the System constitutes acceptance of them.
Regulations of the Living Museum of Gingerbread in Toruń
§1
Definitions
For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Museum – the Living Museum of Gingerbread, ul. Rabiańska 9, 87-100 Toruń, operated by TO-TUR Toruńska Turystyka Elżbieta Olszewska; ul. Rabiańska 9, 87-100 Toruń, NIP: 9561008009.
Show – an interactive gingerbread baking show on the first floor of the Living Museum and a demonstration of bakery machinery and gingerbread decorating on the second floor of the Museum.
Individual tourist – a person or a group of persons (adults and children) not exceeding 14 participants.
Organized group – a group of persons (adults and children) from 15 to a maximum of 75 participants, excluding group supervisors and tour leaders.
School group – schools, kindergartens, and educational institutions making a group reservation directly (without the participation of intermediaries, travel agents, tour operators or guides).
Buyer – an organized group or an individual tourist who has purchased a ticket to the Living Museum of Gingerbread.
VAT invoice – a sales document confirming a transaction between the parties. The invoice may be issued electronically (e-invoice) or in paper form (at the Buyer’s request).
Visitor – individual tourists, organized groups or school groups.
System – the online ticket reservation system available at rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl
Reservation amount – the payment for reserved tickets, calculated as the number of visitors multiplied by the ticket price.
Ticket – confirmation of the agreement concluded by the Buyer with the Museum entitling the holder to participate in the Show organized by the Museum. Whenever the Regulations refer to a Ticket in the singular form, it shall also apply to the plural form and vice versa.
Deposit – as defined in Article 394 of the Polish Civil Code – a non-refundable amount of PLN 200 paid towards a future show.
§2
Opening hours
The Museum is open 7 days a week from 10:00 to 18:00.
The Museum is closed on 1 January, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, 1 November, and 25–26 December.
Shows take place every full hour from 10:00 to 17:00.
A show lasts approximately 80 minutes.
In special circumstances, the Museum reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of shows. Information about such changes will be published on the website muzeumpiernika.pl.
Information about ticket prices, opening days and hours is available on muzeumpiernika.pl.
A show with additional English translation takes place daily at 14:00.
Shows with additional German translation can be reserved by phone at +48 56 663 66 17 or by email at rezerwacje@muzeumpiernika.pl, no later than 7 days before the show date.
§3
Tickets
Tickets may be purchased at the Museum ticket office or online via rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl.
The ticket office opens 15 minutes before each show.
Discount tickets are available for:
- children, pupils and students up to the age of 26
persons with disabilities over the age of 26
seniors over the age of 65
When purchasing a discount ticket, the relevant document confirming eligibility must be presented at the Museum ticket office.
Free admission is granted to:
children under 3 years of age
carers of persons with disabilities (1 carer per each 5 participants)
supervisors of school groups (1 per each 15 participants)
supervisors of kindergarten groups (1 per each 10 participants)
A person with a disability may be accompanied by one carer.
The Museum reserves the right to introduce different ticket prices outside the standard opening hours specified in §2.
Ticket prices are listed on muzeumpiernika.pl and are given in Polish zloty (PLN).
A ticket entitles the holder to participate in one show only.
The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, due to the nature of the service and Article 38(12) of the Act. Tickets may be refunded or exchanged only if the Show is cancelled or if a reservation is cancelled or modified under the rules described in §5 and §6.
If a show is cancelled or rescheduled, the Museum will inform Buyers immediately. In such a case, the Buyer may exchange the Ticket for another show or request a refund. To obtain a refund, the Buyer must send a request to rezerwacje@muzeumpiernika.pl. Refunds will be made by bank transfer or cash within 14 days after receiving all required information.
Fees for unused tickets are non-refundable.
The Museum reserves the right to change ticket prices. Changes will be announced on muzeumpiernika.pl and do not apply to already purchased tickets.
§4
Reservations for Individual Tourists
Individual customers may purchase tickets for up to 14 persons via rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl.
Payment for the full reservation amount must be made via PayU within 3 hours after making the reservation and no later than 30 minutes before the show. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
The customer must print the ticket independently or present it on a mobile device.
The Museum reserves the right to combine individual tourists with other groups or visitors as long as the total number does not exceed 75 persons.
It is possible to reserve a private show exclusively for the Buyer. The price is determined individually.
§5
Reservations for Organised and School Groups
Reservations for organized or school groups can be made via rezerwacje.torunatrakcje.pl for 15 to 60 persons.
The Museum reserves the right to combine groups if the total number of visitors does not exceed 75 persons.
Exclusive shows are possible upon individual pricing.
For school groups, 1 free supervisor ticket per each 15 participants is granted (supervisor does not participate in the show).
For kindergarten groups, 1 free supervisor ticket per each 10 participants is granted (supervisor does not participate in the show).
If a school group consists exclusively of persons with disabilities and their carers, a deposit of PLN 200 must be paid via PayU within 3 hours of making the reservation.
For groups of persons with disabilities, 1 free carer ticket per each 5 participants is granted.
The Buyer may choose the language of the show (Polish or English). Shows cannot be conducted in more than two languages simultaneously.
If the reservation date is more than 30 days before the show, the Buyer must pay a PLN 200 deposit within 3 hours.
The Buyer may also pay the full reservation amount immediately via PayU.
Failure to pay the deposit within 3 hours results in cancellation of the reservation.
The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the show.
Failure to pay the full amount by that time results in cancellation and the deposit is not refunded.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the show, full payment must be made within 3 hours.
Failure to pay within 3 hours results in cancellation.
If the deposit exceeds the reservation amount, the difference will be refunded upon request sent to rezerwacje@muzeumpiernika.pl.
After full payment is received and verified, the Buyer receives the ticket electronically.
§6
Ticket Refunds or Changes in the Number of Participants for Individual Tourists
If an individual tourist cancels a reservation or reduces the number of participants:
more than 7 days before the show – full refund
7 to 3 days before the show – 50% refund
less than 3 days before the show – no refund
Notifications must be sent by email to rezerwacje@muzeumpiernika.pl.
Increasing the number of participants depends on seat availability.
If a reservation is made less than 3 days before the show, cancellation or changes are not possible.
§7
Cancellation of Reservations or Changes in Participant Numbers for Organized and School Groups
Organized and school groups may cancel reservations or change participant numbers up to 30 days before the show.
Notification must be sent by email to rezerwacje@muzeumpiernika.pl.
If the full amount was paid and the reservation is cancelled within the allowed period, the Buyer receives a refund minus the PLN 200 deposit.
If the number of participants is reduced within the allowed period, the Buyer receives a refund for the unused tickets.
Increasing the number of participants is possible only if seats are available.
If cancellation notice is not provided, the group must pay the full reservation amount within 7 days to the Museum’s bank account.
If a reservation is made 30 days or less before the show, cancellation or changes are not possible and full payment is required.
§8
Rules of Conduct
Visitors arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted due to the interactive and theatrical nature of the show.
Persons under the influence of alcohol or behaving in a way that may endanger safety or disturb the show will not be admitted.
Visitors who disrupt the show may be asked to leave the show area.
Museum staff are not responsible for children left unattended.
One ticket entitles the holder to make one gingerbread cookie.
If personalized letters are ordered for groups, the Buyer must send the list of names no later than 14 days before the show.
Phone calls are not allowed during the show.
The Museum reserves the right to modify visiting times, reduce ticket limits, or close certain rooms if necessary.

§9
Complaints Procedure
The Buyer may submit a complaint at any time via email to reklamacje@muzeumpiernika.pl, by post, or in person at the Museum.
Complaints will be processed within 30 days.
The Museum expresses its willingness to resolve disputes amicably.
§10
Amendments to the Regulations
These Regulations are available at the Museum and on muzeumpiernika.pl.
The Regulations may be printed or stored on a data carrier.
The Museum reserves the right to amend the Regulations at any time without stating reasons. Updated versions will be published on muzeumpiernika.pl.
After the announcement of changes on the website, making a reservation constitutes full acceptance of the updated Regulations.
