The museum is open from Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00. Interactive shows start at full hours. We open the ticket office 15 minutes before each show. You can pay by card.
Duration of the show is about 75 minutes.
The show, translated into English (bilingual), takes place at 2 p.m. – if there are Polish-speaking guests in the room, the show is conducted in two languages. In the case of shows in German (muzeumpiernika@muzeumpiernika.pl) or by phone (56 663 66 17).
In the case of organized groups, it is necessary to book a place in advance.
Due to the great interest in our Museum, we host groups of up to 75 people at one time. We kindly ask the group supervisors to read our program and terms of cooperation. An organized group is entitled to one free ticket for the group leader for each started fifteen students. We issue VAT invoices.
During the show, the group keepers are treated to coffee or tea. During the break, guests can visit the museum shop, where you can buy Toruń souvenirs and delicious gingerbread baked on the basis of old recipes in our Museum.
Tickets entitle you to participate in two shows – on the 1st and 2nd floor. In case of cancellation of the show on the 2nd floor, tickets are non-refundable.
